Wish I would have started this log sooner so I could really look back at what I did this whole past year.  I could wait til the 1st to start...but why wait? I'm going to start today!

Dec 27, 2011- HIIT 25 --> 380 kcal burned
Dec 28, 2011- Fire 55 --> 502 kcal burned
Dec 29, 2011 - Rest
Dec 30, 2011 - Jog 3.5 miles --> 527 kcal burned
Dec 31, 2011- 2 hour walk around downtown and Art museum!

Jan 3- 20 minute workout of 50 squats, 50 stiff leg dead lifts, 30 bridges, 50 glute lifts (on each leg!), Arabesque, inchworm,  50 regular crunches and 50 bicycle crunches
Jan 4- jog 3.4 miles in 43 minutes --> 420 kcal burned
Jan 5
Jan 6- 3 mile walk --> 262 kcal burned
Jan 7- Fire 45 --> 400 kcal

Jan 12 - Fire 30, Abs 10 and Stretch 10 --> 408 kcal
Jan 13- Fire 30, Hiit 15, Abs 10 and Stretch 10 --> 528 kcal
